Information on this Web site including texts, pictures and sounds may not be copied, transferred, distributed or processed without the express written permission of MKRG. The Web site may not be altered in any way.

As provider of material according to the German Telemedia Act (§ 7) MKRG is liable for all "own" contents. This does not apply for links to contents of other providers. Such "foreign" contents can be identified by

  • the icon "link"
  • banners
  • or the special notice "Werbung" or "Anzeige"

MKRG is only liable for those "foreign" contents it has positive knowledge of (also illegal contents) and if there is a technical way of obstructing access. Hyperlinks are dynamic linkages though. When they are first linked to our Web site MKRG checks any link for contents that could cause legal liability. But there is no obligation for MKRG to monitor the contents of links constantly. If MKRG receives information of links containing illegal material the link will -if technically possible- cut off.
By law MKRG has to obstruct access to those contents even if it will still be possible to use the illegal content from other servers.

E-mail encryption

When communicating with us by e-mail (or online-form) there is no encrypted data transmission. This is also applicable for the situation that we answer you by e-mail. Confidentiality can not be guaranteed.
E-mails -usually a fast, reliable and inexpensive way of communication- are routed along a number of computers so that there are many ways of saving, analyzing and modifying mails.
So, sending unencrypted e-mails is no appropriate way to pass confidential information on to MKRG.
